Medical Consultation - a fee is not charged for this aspect of your order

Before your physician can write a prescription for any illness or condition an accurate medical history is required. Your Licensed KwikMed physician must inspect your medical consultation and either approve or disapprove of your prescription request. If you are not approved there is no charge to you. If your request is approved, you will be charged for the cost of your product and its associated shipping fee, there are no additional costs.

How to use this medicine
Cialis® is taken orally with or without food. This medicine should not be taken more often per 24 hour period. For most men Cialis® begins taking effect within 30 minutes and can last up to 36 hours. Sexual stimulation is required to achieve an erection.

Side Effects
The most common side effects with Cialis® include headache, upset stomach, back pain, and muscle aches. These side effects will generally subside after several hours. Patients who report back pain and muscle aches usually find that it occurs 12 to 24 hours after taking the medicine. Contact your physician or other healthcare professional if side effects persist.

Precautions
Before taking Cialis®, tell your physician or other healthcare professional about your medical history, including any heart problems (such as angina, heart failure, irregular heart beats), low blood pressure or high blood pressure that is not controlled, history of a stroke, liver problems, kidney problems or require dialysis, retinitis pigmentosa (a rare eye disease that is genetic), stomach ulcers, bleeding problems, history of painful or prolonged erections (Peyronie’s disease or priapism), blood cell problems such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia.

Drug Interactions
Tell your physician about any medications (nonprescription and prescription) you take, in particular any medicines called “nitrates”. Do not take Cialis® if you use recreational drugs called “poppers” (like amyl nitrate and butyl nitrate) or take alpha blockers (other than Flomax® 0.4mg daily).

Missed Dose
If you miss a dose, do not take double the next dose. Rather, skip the missed dose and resume your usual medication schedule.

Storage
Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C) away from light and moisture. All prescription medications must be kept out of reach of children.

Additional Advisory
Never share Cialis® with others, they may have a condition that cannot be treated by this medicine or may be susceptible to dangerous reactions. Use of this drug does not guard against sexually transmitted diseases (e.g., HIV, Hepatitis B, gonorrhea).
