How can I be sure that I’m getting sound medical advice? KwikMed.eu follows a detailed procedure before granting a prescription. The online diagnostic assessment used by physicians to diagnose patients is far more thorough than any list of questions a doctor asks a patient during a routine visit. All prescriptions are dispensed only by physicians who are fully licensed. These doctors go beyond regulatory requirements by examining each patient file for a broad range of related medical issues, such as anxiety and depression.

How does the online consultation work? You will be asked to complete a detailed assessment outlining your medical history and any current medical conditions or medications you may be taking. Beginning with general questions, the assessment increasingly focuses on issues particular to each patient. The questions are similar to those asked by physicians during office visits, yet far more detailed. The physician reviewing your medical history, as well as the pharmacist filling the prescription, may contact you for further details and/or decline your request for a prescription based on the information provided.

What medicines does KwikMed.eu provide? We provide only those medicines that can be safely prescribed in absence of an in-person visit and shipped to you at exceptional savings. Our current products include medicines that people may not wish to purchase elsewhere. Besides the convenience and security of shopping online, medicines such as Viagra® and Propecia® often cause patients some undo embarrassment at their local pharmacy. By providing a way to obtain these medicines safely and legally on the Internet and shipping them directly to your home, that embarrassment is avoided.

Are there any additional costs? KwikMed.eu includes the costs of having a licensed doctor review your medical request, having a pharmacy prepare your prescription and all other associated costs in the price of your order. We do everything we can to hold these costs to the lowest level possible and share the savings with you.

Will insurance pay for my purchase? While we only provide legitimate medicines from Pfizer©, Merck©, Bayer Healthcare©, GlaxoSmithKline© and Lilly ICOS.© dispensed by licensed pharmacists and prescribed by licensed physicians we cannot at present receive payment from your insurance company.
You may wish to contact your insurance provider to determine whether or not they are able to reimburse you for your purchase at KwikMed.eu.

What are the differences between a new order and a repeat order? At KwikMed.eu the only difference between a new order and a refill order is the detail of your medical consultation. Your first order for a medication will require you fill out a more extensive consultation, with repeat orders requiring you update only certain information that may have changed since your first purchase. The new order consultation is required at least once a year.

What does the package look like? Your privacy is very important to us, and for that reason we do not indicate the contents of the package on its label. We ship using Royal Mail and other major international couriers which allow you to track your order from the pharmacy to your home. The return address on the envelope displays the name and address of the pharmacy that shipped your product. Because we require an adult signature upon delivery, many of our customers ship their order to a work address so that they will be present to sign for the package.

What is the policy on returning my medicine? For reasons of safety your medication purchase may not be returned after it has left the pharmacy. However, we will gladly assist with any queries you may have about the medicine you have purchased. Simply contact us by phone or email and we will direct your question to the appropriate department or medical professional.
